Catch triangle drill for youth football
Updated
Catch triangle is a beginner-level football drill. Catching with your hands instead of your body is the difference between a receiver and everyone else. The triangle is how you make sure your hands get there first. It builds hands, catching and focus. It needs football and partner, and can be done in a backyard. This page lists 6 numbered steps and 3 common mistakes with their fixes. The demonstration video is AI-generated.
