Forearm passing drill for youth volleyball
Updated
Forearm passing is a beginner-level volleyball drill. The forearm pass, or bump, is the first contact on almost every play. A good platform sends the ball where you want without you swinging at it. It builds passing, platform and footwork. It needs volleyball and partner or wall, and can be done in a gym. This page lists 5 numbered steps and 3 common mistakes with their fixes. The demonstration video is AI-generated.
