How do you do the inside pass drill?
Plant your foot
Put your non kicking foot beside the ball, toe pointed at your target.
Turn your foot out
Open your kicking foot sideways so the flat inside surface faces where you are passing.
Lock the ankle
Keep your ankle stiff. A loose ankle sends the ball anywhere it wants.
Strike the middle
Hit the middle of the ball with the arch of your foot.
Follow through
Keep your foot moving toward the target after contact.
