6 soccer drills
Inside passThe inside of your foot is the most accurate surface you have. Almost every pass in a real game uses it. This drill builds a pass you can trust under pressure.
First touchYour first touch is what you do the instant the ball arrives. A good one sets up your next move. A bad one means you spend the next three seconds chasing.
Cone dribblingCone dribbling teaches your feet to make lots of small touches instead of a few big ones. Close control is what lets you keep the ball when defenders are close.
JugglingYou will not juggle in a game, but juggling builds the touch you use in every game. It teaches your foot to be soft and your eyes to track the ball all the way in.
Laces shootingThe laces shot is how you hit a ball hard. It is a completely different motion from a pass, and it depends on a clean plant foot and a locked ankle.
Sole rolls and pull-backsSole rolls and pull backs are how you change direction with the ball glued to your foot. They are the base of almost every move you will ever learn.
